The student completing the Professional Sales program can expect to find employment in retail, wholesale, and sales and service business firms. Career opportunities include retail salesperson, assistant department manager or assistant store manager, customer service, sales and service representative, and management trainee.

Labor statistics indicate that there will be about a 30% growth in sales positions. Upon completion of the one-year Professional Sales program, some students choose to continue in the second-year Marketing and Sales Management program. ATCC Professional Sales graduates are employed by independent companies and major corporate businesses with outstanding opportunities for advancement. Job placement has been excellent, with the demand for qualified sales personnel being consistent year-round even in tough economic periods.
