CNC Lathe Processes

This course is designed to take the learner through the concepts and technologies necessary to operate and setup most types of CNC lathe equipment. Hands on activities along with lecture based learning will provide the learner with the skills needed to advance into CNC lathe setup. The learner will also have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills on actual CNC monitor simulators providing the ultimate in "real world" CNC based learning.

CNC Milling Processes

This course is designed to take the learner through the concepts and technologies necessary to operate and setup most types of CNC mill equipment. Hands on activities along with lecture based learning will provide the learner with the skills needed to advance into CNC mill setup. The learner will also have the opportunity to demonstrate their skills on actual CNC monitor simulators providing the ultimate in “real world” CNC based learning.

CNC Programming

This course is designed for the individual with a basic understanding of CNC Mill and CNC Lathe program language. This course will cover 3 specific programming areas, CNC Lathe, CNC Mill and Macro programming. Programming format will be based on the EIA and ISO standards covering G and M codes along with Macro programming methodologies. Students will be provided the opportunity to use CNC simulators to demonstrate learned methods.
