GROOMING GUIDELINES:	CELL PHONE POLICY:
Prospective employers are constantly visiting our college and our various programs. Your individual appearance creates an image for the entire college. Students are encouraged to use good grooming practices at all times. Wednesdays are considered “Career Dress Days” to provide students the opportunity to wear and become familiar with the proper wardrobes for their chosen careers.	It is the primary mission of the Alexandria Technical College to provide quality educational opportunities for the people it serves. Therefore it is the policy of the Alexandria Technical College that at no time shall a staff member or student use a cell phone, pager, or other technological communication device(s) that may disrupt the learning environment or hinder the conduct of college business. At any time during a class or meeting the instructor or the person directing the meeting may ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off or be placed in non-ring mode.
